Terms of Service

1. What I Do

I’m here to help you build clarity, confidence, and healthier habits around money. I offer financial coaching, education, and support. I do not provide financial advising, tax advising, legal advising, or therapy. I do not manage your money or make decisions for you.

2. What I Need From You

To get the most out of coaching, I ask that you:

  • Share accurate information to the best of your ability

  • Take responsibility for your financial choices

  • Show up honestly and openly

  • Arrive on time for sessions

  • Let me know if something is unclear

We’re a team, but you’re the one steering the ship.

3. How Coaching Works

Coaching is a partnership. I offer tools, guidance, and support, and you choose how to apply them. Every person’s results are different and depend on their effort, follow‑through, and personal circumstances.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless we have agreed otherwise

  • Packages or multi‑session programs must be used within the timeframe listed

 

5. Scheduling and Cancellations (No‑Cancellation Policy)

All bookings are final. Once you reserve a session, that time is held specifically for you.

Money conversations can bring up nerves, hesitation, or second‑guessing, especially right before a session. This is completely normal. Many people feel anxious and consider canceling even when the session is exactly what they need to move forward.

This policy is designed to support you. It protects the commitment you made to yourself, prevents last‑minute fear from interrupting your progress, and ensures you receive the clarity and momentum you signed up for.

  • Sessions cannot be canceled or refunded

  • If you are unable to attend or arrive late, the session is considered used

  • If something unexpected happens on my end, I will reach out immediately and arrange a new time that works for you

This policy helps create a grounded, reliable space for your growth and honors the commitment you have made to your financial wellbeing.

6. Completing Your Questionnaire and Worksheet

To make sure our session is productive and fully focused on you, please complete your questionnaire and worksheet at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled appointment.

Completing these materials ahead of time helps you:

  • Get clear on your numbers

  • Arrive prepared and grounded

  • Make the most of our time together

  • Avoid feeling rushed or overwhelmed during the session

It also helps me:

  • Review your information in advance

  • Tailor the session to your goals

  • Support you with accuracy and intention

If the questionnaire or worksheet is not completed by the deadline, the session may shift into a different type of conversation that may be less effective for the goals you originally booked. This is not about pressure. It is about giving you the best possible experience and honoring the commitment you have made to your financial wellbeing.

6A. Use of Materials

All worksheets, tools, templates, and materials provided by Rewarding Financial Coaching are for your personal use within our coaching work together. These materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. This includes any documents, worksheets, or resources provided before, during, or after your sessions.
These materials are designed to support your clarity, preparation, and growth, and are part of the coaching process you’ve chosen to engage in.

7. Your Privacy

I treat your information with respect and care. I do not share your personal or financial details unless you give permission or the law requires it. Please be aware that email, messaging, and online tools carry inherent privacy risks.

8. Liability

To keep things clear and fair for both of us:

  • You are responsible for your own financial decisions

  • I cannot guarantee specific results

  • Coaching is not financial, legal, tax, or mental‑health advice

  • I am not liable for financial losses or outcomes related to decisions you make

  • You agree not to hold me responsible for actions you take based on our sessions or resources

  • I am not responsible for unexpected issues such as technical problems, delays, or errors

9. Updates to These Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally. The most current version will always be available on my website. Continuing to use my services means you agree to the updated terms.
